The hotel was a mixed bag with some positive and negative aspects. The rooms were quiet being on the opposite side of the building from the street and quite spacious, though they faced a residential block of flats. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster with very polite and helpful staff, but some encounters were marred by grumpiness and reservation issues. The location was a standout feature, being close to the cathedral and offering easy access to the Old City while being about 500 yards from the Cathedral. Dining had its ups and downs with a varied menu but also some quality concerns. Overall, a stay with highs and lows.
