Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was a mixed bag with some positive and negative aspects. The rooms were quiet being on the opposite side of the building from the street and quite spacious, though they faced a residential block of flats. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster with very polite and helpful staff, but some encounters were marred by grumpiness and reservation issues. The location was a standout feature, being close to the cathedral and offering easy access to the Old City while being about 500 yards from the Cathedral. Dining had its ups and downs with a varied menu but also some quality concerns. Overall, a stay with highs and lows.
I found the hotel to be in a convenient location, just around the corner from the bus station and a short walk to the cathedral and city center. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the lack of adequate electrical sockets was a bit inconvenient. The service was a mix of grumpy and fantastic, with Diego at the front desk standing out for his friendliness. The dining experience was okay, but there were some shortcomings in terms of food variety and quality. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
